I haven't been too motivated to get some blogging done in the last weeks (or to quote the upcoming song 'there was a time when my world was filled with darkness') but i promise i'll try hard and not leave you alone for that long again. hopefully you missed us!in order to get us back on track, we start off with a fresh remix by discodust favorite fake blood who got busy on 'animal' by miike snow (pictured above), a band consisting of the production duo bloodshy & avant (responsible for britney's 'toxic') and singer andrew wyatt. fake blood once more applies his dancefloor-proven formula while maintaining the original's fun factor. enjoy another high-quality first on discodust, 320 kbps!

Congo Rock took Rex the Dog’s very 1980’s feeling track, with uplifting lyrics and varying bleeps and bloops, and made it thick and dirty! The very dancable tune, has fat beats and baselines over top of the light vocal samples from the original track. Its a fun romp on the floor, if you ask me!

This track is a little on the experimental side, but it has a way of getting stuck into your subconscious. The prominent beats, keep a constant rhythm, that is joined by various changing elements, including vocals from the original. Give this track a try, you might not like it upon first listen, but if you give it a chance, it really grows on you!

Royksopp - Happy up here (Boys noize remix)

The Radioclit “Secousse 2″ remix EP was just released on Mental Groove Records, it’s a mighty package that features the All Stars Vocal version + dub and remixes from juke legend Gant-Man, French wonder Brodinski, Italian/British master Riva Starr, the Swiss heroes Wildlife and Round Table Knights + Mad Decents very own Paul Devro! To celebrate the release, they’re giving away some unreleased mixes of the track. First out is this bleepy yet still with that tropical flavour version by Etan (AKA Shuttle, Ninja Tune)
